How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and entertainment experience. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute events when availability allows.

Which entertainment experience is right for my event?

The right fit depends on your venue, guest count, atmosphere, and the experience you want to create. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you choose the lineup that works best for your event.

Can I request specific songs?

Absolutely! We welcome song requests and will work with you to incorporate music that fits your event. Special requests should be submitted in advance to allow adequate preparation.

Do you provide your own sound equipment?

Yes. We provide professional audio equipment for most performances. Larger venues or events with specialized production requirements may require additional equipment or coordination with the venue.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. Red Key Entertainment is available for both local and travel events. Travel, lodging, and related expenses may apply depending on the location and entertainment lineup.

Can you provide music during performance breaks?

Yes. Background music can be provided between live performance sets to keep the atmosphere going throughout your event.

What is required to reserve my date?

Your date is officially reserved once the required booking agreement and deposit have been completed. Availability cannot be guaranteed until the booking process is finalized.

What happens if my event plans change?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you whenever possible, subject to availability and the terms of your booking agreement.
